Business Memberships
Michelle is a current Naples Chamber Ambassador and has participated in both of their leadership programs – Growing Associates in Naples 2012 and Leadership Collier 2014. She has coordinated the Youth Leadership Collier Application Evaluators since 2015. She has been chair of their small business council since May 2018.
Michelle was appointed to the Naples Chamber Board of Directors in 2019. As 74% of their members are small business, they now have a representative on their board.

Michelle has been a proud member of Naples Area Professional League of Executive Services since 2010. Michelle has held various positions on the board including President in 2015.

Michelle has run the first-ever world wide support group for caregivers through clusterbusters.org since 2021.

Michelle has been a board member of Community Owners Managers and Associates since 2016. She was key in bringing their website up to date and fully functioning online in 2018. She considers her active involvement in other business networking groups an asset allowing her to connect with others and invite them when appropriate as a guest to our events.

Michelle joined Naples Sunrise Bay Toastmasters in 2019 when they only had 4 members. She served as President from 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. She helped them reach the Select Distinguished level of membership in 2022.

Achievements Section
In 2019 Michelle was awarded the Naples Chamber Ambassador of the Year Award. The Ambassador of the Year Award is given annually to a Chamber ambassador who exemplifies volunteerism and attends a variety of Chamber functions.
In 2019, Michelle was a finalist for the Technology Woman of the year Award through the Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership. This award honors the accomplishments of a Southwest Florida woman in a technology role and her commitment to diversity in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.
In 2023, Michelle was awarded The Chairman’s Award from the Naples Chamber of Commerce. This award is an opportunity for the chairman of the Chamber’s Board of Directors to recognize an individual that helped the organization fulfill its mission of cultivating economic opportunity for all. The award honors someone who goes above and beyond, both in service to the Chamber and the community. The winner is selected by the chairman of the Greater Naples Chamber Board of Directors, in consultation with the president and CEO.
